Right in front of the ancient Born market lies this pleasant bar, which has a very artistic style and is dressed in many paintings and decorations from well-known artists. Here you will be able to drink a good cocktail while you enjoy great music. Each Thursday around aperitif time, there is a concert or a performing DJ, and from 8:00 to 9:30pm you will be able to order your tapas. Yes, the tapas coming from the kitchen are placed on a table and a woman serves them to you according to how many people are sitting at your table. The day of my visit, I was served three types of montaditos: chorizo with onions, bell pepper and blood sausage, and white cheese and salmon. More than an aperitif, as I have known it and in the ways other places present it, I would argue it’s more similar to a snack with good music. Music plays an important role in this bar and it is without a doubt, well selected, but if you’d like to have a calm chat, it results, in my opinion, a bit too loud.
