Vegetarian and ecological brunch in Raval-Vegetalia-Brunch plateVegetalia is, and has been for many years, one of the main producers and distributors of vegetarian and organic products of Spain. Now, they have also ventured into the sale and tasting of their products in numerous establishments around downtown Barcelona: Gótico, Raval and very soon, El Born.
 
The restaurant in Raval is located in a plaza, which is situated to the right of the street Carrer de Joaquín Costa. You will see two establishments with two terraces, but the kitchen is one alone. It is impossible to err. Its vegetarian and organic brunch formula for 9,90€ consists of one plate with both sweet and savory products, plus a coffee, tea, or water. The menu of teas and infusions is very vast and for 2,50€ you can order an organic product in bulk, or if you prefer, tea bags for 1,5€.
 
The actual food which you will be able to enjoy includes: a vegetable and mozzarella fajita, hummus with spices, brie cheese, jam, yogurt and muesli, salad, fresh fruit, apple strudel, and wholegrain toast. At first, the brunch appears to be fixed but the option of making individual modifications also exists, especially for those who suffer from celiac disease.
Due to the use of heaters it is possible to enjoy the terrace even during winter. Keep in mind that if you opt for the terrace, the bill increases 10%.
